For a long time, schools have been closed due to Covid 19 (Corona) and students are staying at home. During this period, the schools had been teaching their students through online classes and there was a problem of not being able to collect fees formally. Until now, the ministry had said that the fees would be waived.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has issued ‘Student Learning Facilitation Guide’.
Private schools operating online classes are now open to charging fees in accordance with the guidelines.
The ministry has given recognition to the teaching done through online and alternative methods. For this, those educational institutions have to get permission from the local level.
